Dealing with this company has been the worst experience of my life and I am 53 years old.  Nothing about what they say is true and they are like an insidious poison that eats away at your bank account and credit card.


Like all the others I have read on this site, I wanted to try out a "free sample" of their tooth whitening product.  While on the phone giving my cc number to cover the $4.95 shipping and handling fee, I was told that our conversation would be recorded.  No problem I said.  At that time, they asked me if I would like to be on their monthly maintenance program and receive products monthly.  I say to them "absolutely NOT".  I was only interested in trying out the product to see how it worked.


A few weeks later I received my sample in the mail.  Not long after that I started seeing unathorized charges to not only my cc, but also my debit card.  I immediately called the company to no avail.  The phone number for this company was invalid and disconnected. After alot of time wasted, I finally got ahold of a live voice to complain.  Needless to say, it didn't go well and I only was "granted" a cancellation after I screamed at them to play back the initial recorded converstation.


For the next 5 weeks, I battled this company with countless bogus charges.  I had to cancel my cc and cancel my debit card to get rid of this rip off company.


Stay away, stay away, stay away.
