I have tried to contact Dazzle white regarding my order. The phone# rings, but no one ever answers the phone. I also tried to cancel 2 other items and no success. I even tried to send an e-mail, it doesn't accept the e-mails.
I have been scammmed. The other items are : Insider secrets to weightloss,and Comprehensive wieight loss e-book.

I hope someone can help me, please. Another lesson learned.

Dazzlewhite and Dentech ARE RipOffs

whoever this employee is, has commented the exact same response on all of Dazzlewhite and Dentech's Rip Off Reports. there is no "live chat" room for you, or i, the consumer, to speak with any representative of these companies. when you do call the 866#, you just call into a call center, and the individuals you speak with, are nothing more than outsourced help, who do not work directly for the company. with that being said, these customer service reps who you speak with at the 866#, have no power, control, information or knowledge on how to help you. ultimately, i feel bad for them as they have to answer the phone each time to an upset consumer, like you or i. they are just doing their job. however, the person who wrote the above rebuttal and claims to be an employee, is listed out of Las Vegas. neither of these companies are located in Las Vegas, so i have to assume, the person that wrote this false rebuttal, is the master mind behind it all, spending our money in Vegas. the information that he/she provides is not accurate, except for the phone number. the same comment is posted on every report, almost indicating that it was computer generated, and they keep adding it to every report, to try and lengthen the amount of time that this scam can continue. i have filed a separate report for Dazzlewhite, both with ROR and the BBB. i have recently been contacted by an attorney representing a group that is initiating a class action suite, so hopefully we can put these two fictitious companies out of business.
