After a month of unanswered e-mails and phone calls I was informed that another negotiator was assigned. I finally made contact and after several weeks finally got the word he (Joseph Giuliano) could not negotiate with Contrywide or Fammy Mae..They wanted the house to go into foreclosuer.

I asked about a refund and got no answer. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Ohio and am waiting for some results. DAC communications is terrible and is like pulling teeth to get answers..After they receive the initial payment they don't seem to care.
