I just recieved a bill from Dell for Homeworks Plus.
I did not order Homeworks Plus and I did not sign the check to purchase Homeworks Plus.

I am in the process of sending Dell a registered letter informing them to remove the charges from my account and to close my Dell Charge Account.

I will not buy any more products from Dell. I had a very difficult time getting my rebate back from Dell (they could not find the rebate I sent them)and now this problem. Good by to Dell, hello, HP, Gateway, Sony and others. I have purchased 6 computers from Dell and am looking for a laptop but I will not purchase it from Dell.
