Dell Computer What A Mess Of A Company... Round Rock Texas

What a mess for an understatement for the yahoos I've encountered to date.

 I've got a new laptop/tablet (2-in-1 setup) at the end of 2014 and its just been a nightmare since day 1 and the company has like zero care on proper resolution including maybe swapping out for a new one.  It's been in for depot center, its been "repaired" in person but the problesm abound. That includes a failing wii-fi, system freezing up, screen dimming/brightening on its on, keyboard/touchpad sticking and on and on. I'm just amazed by the cavalier attitude and "ivory towers" mentatlity with a voicemail that's impossible to navigate or to every speak to a party that has some basic abilities, including that speaks even minumum English and on and on. 

All the while now a very hidden rigid policy surfaces of "there are no replacement, exchanges past 21 days". Good to learn that after-the-fact or allowing for some exceptions to the rules for parties like myself and what we've faced.

So the system has now been in their depot repair centr, twice, with the last time at the center for about a week and then I get it back with a letter offering, "nothing found wrong". This even though it was already pre-arranged to handle the items I had to determined with a senior tech to be handled and nothing?  Also a concerns it took me hours to backup . Then I had 4 in-person repairs by a mix-bag of a 3rd party contractors with some knowing less than the french fry guy at the Golden Arches. 

I then had a supposed corporate-level person (and I use that lightly as some type of subhuman) contact me and pretty much called me a liar all along thru that discussion that offering the depot center had not created a profile that I can not log into as well as some propietary software left on it and only they could have done that since I reset it back to factory with the Windows 8.1 option so nothing was on it when it was turned over to them. Yet that yahoo had to simply want to argue with me for 40 minutes than actually take the effort to address the matter and move things along that just waste my time to call me pretty much a liar. How pathetic.  

So what I'm hoping for is simply a new system to replace the lemon I got or try one more fix in the depot and extend my waranty to insure it's working. Also I would like a direct apology of what I've been put thru as well 

Again all I can offer is what a mess and at present I'm now stuck with a useless, costly metal box that I could possibly turn into a dart board which is about all Dell could care that happens to it. 

I'm in hopes something comes from this but from my experience to date I probably should save my breath/effort. All this for a company that claims to be well advertised as a great USA/customer-friendly and very good support options. What a farce!
