My complaint is with Derma Essence. They have an offer for eye serum and face moisturizer free sample. You only have to pay shipping and handling $4.95 each.

Within a few days I had 2 charges for $89.00 to my bank account.

I am in the process of attempting to get my money back and stopping any further action from the company on my bank account.

I found this website while attempting to contacth Derma Essence by internet, of course, the web address on the packing slip does not come up when typed in: [email protected] // .

I wanted to file this report after reading a previous report on ripoffreport.com.

I am going back on internet to try and track them down and will be calling the number from the report I read: 855-720-4825.

Derma Genetix Derma Essence Their website advertising which was pushed to my phone stated Free Trial. It only mentioned shipping and handling totaling $9.92 for both trial items. I called company to cancel order right after I placed order but was on hold for two hours. When someone finally answer my call two days later; I was told I could not cancel order, that I had to wait for order to arrive in order to either cancel Autoship of the product for $90 + dollars or return it for a $25 charge.  Los Angeles Internet
