DermaNu is a total Rip Off. The product if not worth the money. If you call and cancel they will start sending the worthless products and deducting money from you account and they will not refund your money.

When you call you get some peron who barely speaks english and keeps using phrases like " Then again..." If you ask for a supervisor they would let you speak to another person because they say they are handling the problem.

Bigget RIP OFF  it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. I will open ever media I can an let people know this crap. I wil post on faceboo, twiter, and ever other one I can find. I will post it and repost it everywhere. I am out $250+ and I am not a happy camper!

DermaNu Free trial was false. I was charged $89.47 plus $94.57 a few weeks after ordering, then again another few weeks later! Customer service rep was rude and stated I could not return products or get refund. I'm pursuing other options now. Santa Ana California

When I called to protest they told me to keep using the product but x once a day instead of 2 and to report to them before February 2016 then they will reconsider canceling my subscription. Dermanu Eye & Dermanu Skin Bought through advertisement free trial offer just pay shipping fee, nothing about return in the package I reveived or be billed for it not was I asked about or saw anything in package about continuing to ship to me. Very misleading ad. I felt threatened by customer service rep when I called to complain and told them my credit card had been stopped as I did not authorize them to charge my card and that they would be investigating the customer rep refused to give me address and told me they would only help me if my bank dropped investigation and only afterward would Dermanu help me.
