DermaNu They have charged my checking account for over $130 for product I don't want, and I get no satisfaction when I call and say I don't want these products. Santa Ana California

I ordered in good faith trial sizes of the DermaNu skin and eye creams for a total of about $7.00. That was all i wanted. I looked for hidden fees and couldn't see anything. Then all of a sudden they charged my checking account for $97.00. I called and got no satisfaction for a long time. She just kept telling me she could not cancel my order. She finally agreed to knock it down to half price, and they did debit my account a couple of days later. I thought that was the end of it. Today, I was checking my account balance, and they had charged another $84 to my account. I called and got a total run a round from the lady. They cancelled my membership, but will not give me back my money. I am so upset--I cannot afford this, and I don't know what to do. I have written the company, but no response yet. I really need this money back.
