OK I'm sure that all have you have read this not once not twice but at least a zillion times. The same ol story. I just have to say is that you guys should be so luck to have at least gotten a hold of this Charles Masson, I have tried for for over 2 weeks now, all I get are recordings, all the same as you guys. I have never once got a hold of customer service, or even an e-mail. I have done everything to threaten them with leagal action, to being nice, hoping to get a responce.
I do agree that all of us need to in one way or another get a hold of each other to to do something about this. I have no idea how we can do this, but if someone has idea I would hope that they would post it.
Lets all pull together to get something done. I'm sorry to all of those that have had this happen to them, and to those who won't listen to what we write and still try to get a plasma tv.

i was also riped off by these crook. my deilv date was 8/26/05 here it is the 30th and i dont think they would have even called to tell me so i called them i spoke to some some lady there and they told me that the plasma i paid for was out of stock and that i would get a 100 dollar rebate but she could tell me when id get it or the tv.i called today and left vmail that if i didnt hear nething by the end of the week i was fileing a claim with visa seen i paid and never recv nething
