DigitalNow reported to all authorities local and federal RIPOFF Internet Nationwide

I hate to admit, but I have also been scammed by DigitalNow.tv and its so called employees.

I ordered a Plasma back in late June and was promised the deliv. date of July 15, which got delayed until the 27th and so on. I finally got in touch with Charles Mason and was told it would be one more week and so one. I finally cancelled the order and requested my refund of $295.00 which was automatically drafted from my acount.

Charles Mason I have to admit is generally concerned about customers or he wouldn't give out his personal number and have people call it. I live in the same state as him and have spoken to him on many occasions. I have given DigitalNever.tv until Sept. 2nd to have my check in the mail or all available legal action will be taken. The owners of DigitalNever.tv live in the same state I do, actually about 30 minutes from me. I have both of their personal addresses and will direct local authorities to them after Sept. 2nd.

I do not lay down for anyone and will not be scammed by these "Non-American" (I will keep it clean) owners of DigitalNow.tv. Stop ripping Charles Mason, he is just passing along the BS that Nils and Ulan are giving him.
