Direct TV AT&T After paying the same for 2 years they tripled the monthly amt Gilmer Texas

For 2 years we had the xtra package paid 124.72 in May they charged 326.35 I called they said I changed my package which I did not was issued a refund of 201.63 then in June they charged 438.59 again saying I changed my package I called again no refund in July charged us 256.79 saying we changed our package again which we did not each time I spoke to someone in India I tried chat this morning with supposedly corporate I was told we will not be refunded because we keep changing our package DO THEY THINK WE ARE IDIOTS THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM US AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT DIRECT TV ARE CROOKS AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT I WILL BE THEIR WORST NIGHTMARE
