Direct TV charged my debit card 258.41 without my permission.  I have never given them my card number.  How could this happen??!!!!

service or help them pay a payment on their account. DirectTV then would charge you card if the "friend" cancelled early or failed to pay their bill.

Check it out, it happens all the time.
