I started my nightmare with this company in August. I had Manley Mark come out and measure my windows for blinds. He tells me you can save the tax if you pay all of the money up front. This is a huge mistake, because now they have your money and I think they put your order on the back burner, instead of the people who pay half because they still haven't collected all of their money and wont' until the blinds come in. He tells me that they will only take 2 to 3 weeks to come in. 4 weeks go by and I call and they can't find my order and the girls who answer the phones are lost to where my order is. they tell me that they are looking and they will call me back. I never receive a return phone call of course. Finally 2 weeks later they come in.

when they come to install them, they didn't measure 2 of my windows, so they have to come back out and re-measure again. And Manley Mark comes out again apologizing about the company and promises these blinds will be her in 2 to 3 weeks and to call him if there are anymore problems. That is huge joke because he doesn't keep his word either.

6 weeks later they finally come in and one of the blinds is 10 inches to short. It is now December 16, and I still haven't received my last blind. I guess now I never will. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
