Did some research on Maricopa.gov recorded documents page and here is what I found: Kristen Wolf has opened 3 new companies first: Shutters USA using her name and David Patai the address list is that of the original Discount Blind and Shade factory on Deleware but there is also address of 1750 S Los Feliz # 105, # 106 Tempe AZ 85281-Next is Shutter USA opened by James AKA Wes McLaughlin (he was my sales person) adrress is also the Deleware address but again another address was also listed 2350 S Apache Drive, Chandler, AZ 85248 the 3rd company is North American Shutters listed under David Patai and Kristen Wolf 1750 S Los Feliz @ 105, # 106 Tempe Arizona 85281.

If you are trying to get in touch with Ken and Kristen (also known as the crooks to most of us)
Please give them a jingle at their new company, Shutters USA @ 602-242-3325. This is where you can find them hiding behind all the money they stole from customers. They started a new company with the thousands of dollars they ripped off from customers giving deposits for their blnds and shutters. If you paid by credit card, call your credit card company and dispute it. Good luck, these people are scum, I know, I worked with them for a breif time.

Ashley, I am very sorry for what you've went through with Discount Blind and Shade Factory. There were absolutely no intentions on my part for you not to get your product. I went with Ken, the owner of the company to start the name Shutters USA on Nov. 17th, with the promise that all Discount Blind and Shade Factory customers would be taken care of, and that all Shutters USA would be placed immediately. On December 5th, I left the company after finding out that the promise was not going through. I filed on December 16th an ammendment to remove my name from Shutters USA. After speaking with the Recorders Office today they said that they are only on Dec. 1st right now, so it will take a couple of weeks to post. Ashley, I had to do what was best for my family and leave the company. I hadn't been paid for a month and a half. Again, I'm sorry that this happened, I wish that things were done the right way.
