October 2, 2013 Ordered and paid for 2000 Kennedy Half-Dollar Silver Coins-90% silver at $10.99 each for a total of $22,000.00 paid for and check cashed by Discound Gold Brokers. Product never received. Refund never given. Filed 30-day demand letter on February 20, 2014. Now, all phone, Fax and emai are out of service. Appears that President Mike Berman has closed his doors, stealing all my money. Will join with any other people ripped off in a class action suit to receive satisfaction from this scumbag and his salesman Seth Fogle. Contact me to join the suit: John C. Davis jcdavis@gci,net If we can't get our $$ back or product delivered lets at least get this guy and his crew behind bars so they cannot run another scam and fraudulent business every again. JCD

Discount Gold Brokers needs to be SHUT DOWN and the owner in JAIL. Print off a copy of all of these reports and send them to where ever discount brokers advertises. Whoever takes his advertising money and promotes this company on their form of media needs to know about what this company is doing. This Guy needs to be in jail. I wonder if the attorney general in California is willing to put on his man boots and go after this guy.
I encourage anybody to print off this report and fax it to the attorney general let's see if the Atty. Gen. in California has a set of balls. Why do the taxpayers pay for the attorney general salary if they are not willing to do anything ?
It's time this guy get put out of business PERIOD !!! This Friday I will spend a minimum of eight hours on the Internet to expose this guy with Atty. Gen.'s and the attorney general for the United States of America it's time we put this circus clown out of business

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.
