Discount Gold Brokers Placed order for silver coins and never received. Numerous promises were made by owner to get delivery shipped and still never came. Sherman Oaks California

Placed an order for 160 Silver American Eagle 1oz coins in June of 2013. My check for $3,429.60 was processed on July 8, 2013. Shipment was supposed to be guaranteed within 4-6 weeks. After waiting 2 months I began calling and kept getting the run around and promises were made week after week that my order would be filled and shipped. It's been over a year and I still have not received my order and now I can no longer get in contact with anyone at Discount Gold Brokers. The last I spoke with them was probably in January of 2014 and even asked for a refund but they yet again assured me my order would be fulfilled. I've read many horror stories of long delays from this company but never anyone saying they actually never received their order.
