Dish Network deceptive advertising Ripoff Internet Colorado

After hurricane Rita I decided to go to Dish Network because at the time they were advertising FREE local channels. I was told that I would be able to get NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX and that was not true and they know it. I had to go through them trying to get a waiver from the locals in my area and of course that wasn 't possible.

Then they tried to bill me for 3 movies that I didn't give them permission to add to my account. Now they are telling me that I have to pay $240 for cancelling DISH NETWORK.
