When I agreed to upgrade my programing and add a DVR, the one time fee was supposed to be offset by a Visa Gift card which I never recieved. I did follow through as instructed and register online (what  a dreadful web site! I went in circles trying to find the registration page for a good half an hour).

Never got the Visa card or an explanation, so I am out $100 more than I should be.

Also they keep removing channels with content from my package and replacing them with shopping channels and endless infomercials. The biography channel, gone.  LMN gone, but QVC and Home shopping, yeah we've got that. And of course individual channels aren't available.  Sigh.
