If you go with dish and try to cancel a few days later you will owe 450 dollars in termination fees. There is a virtual contract that no one tells you about and you are bound with dish for 2 years. Dont do it!!!!!

Virtual Contrats

AUTHOR: sir g - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 02, 2014

(BLANK) is a body that offers television services at extremely high rates. The term usually refers to dinnerware, but may also refer to predatory services with extremely high rates. (BLANK) sometimes enforce repayment by virtual contracts or blackmail via early termination fees. In the recent western world,(BLANK) has been a feature of the criminal underworld.

Bow down and kiss the ring. I got a bridge to sell you, if you say no you owe me $12000.00, if you say yes you pay me $1000.00 a month. If you answer this post the terms stated in this post are legally binding and I will sue your a*s for the money you owe me or find you and slap a lein on your credit. You've read the terms now what say you.

It is NOT a "virtual" contract, but an actual one...

When you signed up for the service, you agreed to a two year contract with a pro-rate early termination fee.  You also agreed to return all equipment at YOUR expense. If charges are due when you disconnect, you also agreed they could use the payment method you used when signing up to collect monies owed them. Kind of looks like you didn't read the contract, virtual or actual...right?  YOU ripped YOU off.

Nope, I don't work for them, but do use their service and have for many years...I HAVE read my contract.

Which means...

Which means that YOU DID NOT READ!!! When your equiptment was installed, you were given 3 pieces of paperwork to sign. One of those pieces was an agreement that you are in a two year contract. I swear WHY is it ALWAYS the businesses fault for YOU being dumb?/ I mean I can understand just plain ignorant, but REALLY!!! EVERY place or business that provides a service from your cable company to a cell phone company ALL REQUIRE a contract. So right now YOU ARE PLAYING DUMB!!! You KNEW what you were getting into but found a better deal elsewhere. YOU thought to yourself "Oh Ive only had them a few days, they will let me out of my contract". But YOU WERE WRONG!!!! SO here you are NOW filing a FAKE report because they wont let you screw them over on the contract THAT YOU SIGNED!!!

DO the web and the world a favor and go flush your face down the toilet PLEASE!!!! Youre a sick little SCAMMER who got caught trying to play the contract game. Well I say GOOD!!!! Now pay what you owe and then go away. You dont DESERVE to have luxuries such as cable when you go to these lengths to avoid paying WHAT YOU LEGALLY OWE!!!! Dishonest dipsticks like YOU are the reasons they now have such iron clad contracts. heres a thought.... why dont you go grab a baby and beat an old person with it.
