Dish Network Terrible service with no attempt to correct phoenix, Arizona

I have Dish for 2 different homes in 2 states. In one service was constantly disrupted. Hours on the phone with tech support and absolutely nothing ever done nor any adjustment in the bill. After a year and 1/2 of complaining and escalating to supervisors problem is finally about to be solved, so they say.
House number 2 has been better but have had several problems with loss of signal and they can never fix it unless they send out a service man, which takes days, and you are charged for the service call unless you subscribe to their warranty program.
Looking for a way out of my contract and will go with anyone other than DISH. THEY ARE THE WORST. !!!
