Ditech Financial Ditech Harass me but inaccessible Rapid City Nationwide

 Ditech Financial company always has phone issues, does not operate on common website hosts such as google Chrome, does not accept my actual account number for various ways of payment, and I always have to "pull teeth" just to make a payment but they don't mind harassing me. The passwords never work online, my account number never works without having to call them at least three times back to back via western union because the online account is rarely accessible and to top it off, their several phone lines are almost always under going some mysterious maintenance but I get all the threats in the world. This has been the longest two years of my life as a veteran and first time home owner. Happy armed forces day. I would love to pay my bills on time every time without the added headache and having to repeatedly call and tap dance for your benefit.
