In June of 2017 an MRI showed infarctions in my Basal Ganglia (holes in my brain). I was diagnosed with dementia to go along with PTSD, depression, nerve damage and double vision. I am a 71 year old man. My wife is 59. We’ve fallen behind on our mortgage payment. Our records show we are only one payment behind.
Our mortgage co. has used fees and interest to arrive at $5,361.49. We don’t have that amount, our combined monthly income is aprox $1,500, we believe our mortgage co. is taking advantage of our situation to steal our home. If they succeed we will lose our home and all our possessions, and have nowhere to live.
The last appraisal of our home was for $210,000. We owe less than $30,000. The mortgage co. would profit aprox $175,000 with this foreclosure.
