Dovenmuehle Is Taking Our Home Dovenmuehle is a rip off Illionos Nationwide

My husband & I bought our home 3 years ago thru Wells Fargo. Within a week our mortgage was sold to Dovenmuehle. We did not get this information until after we had sent our first payment to Wells Fargo. Four months later my husband was trying to get a loan through his credit union and we were notified that we were 4 months behind on a payment for our mortgage. We contacted Dovenmuehle & advised that a payment was sent to Wells Fargo on time.

They insisted that they never received the payment. We went back & forth for weeks with both companies. Wells Fargo insisting they sent them the money & Devenmuehle insisting they never received it.

Finally about two months later the issue was resolved. Dovenmuehle had deposited the payment but because the loan was not fully set up they did not know who to credit it to. When we asked them to fix my husband's credit report they denied us stating that they will not correct the late payment on the credit reports due to the fact it was our fault. We even sent a letter to all credit bureaus asking to have this fixed & because dovenmuehle denies any wrong doing they would not. We tried to refinance with another company bit because of this payment they could not help us.

I went out & had knee surgery. We fell behind on a payment. They did a "gift" as they put it where we had to pay two payments & they would write off the rest & we could start over.

Well within a year I had our second child. We fell behind on our payments. When contacted & advised of this they asked us to fill out paperwork & send to them & we would receive a response within 5 days. I sent the letter certified. My husband & I would call everyday & no response. About a month after them receiving the paperwork our loss mitigation officer stated that she had a plan we could work out. We would have to sign paperwork, send in a payment right away & make the next three months on time & they would take what is owed & tack it on the end of our mortgage. We agreed

To date we have not received any paperwork or any return calls. When I speak with someone else I am told I must speak to my loss mitigation specialists.

We can never get any answers, Now our house is in forclosure & we at a loss for words. We can not afford an attorney so we are trying to take care of this on our own. Unforunatly they do not care.
