I also ordered a pool liner on May 3rd. My credit card was charged on May 4th. I also left e-mail and voice mail messages and have had no return response. It says the owner is Charlie Goss. Be careful he has two other websites poolzone.com and poolsexpress.com. I will be more thorough the next time I order pool supplies off the internet.

I notice the owner Charlie responded to someones comments. He had my correct e-mail sent several times and he also had my correct phone number on his voice mail. I find his reply a joke along with his company.
