DR Power Equipment I bought a Raven Mower from DR they advertised that Mower could be returned if customer wasn't satisfied for one year. They refused to honor agreement . Fraudulent advertising poor quality Equipment. Nationwide

 I bought a Raven Mower from DR started having trouble with it after 1 month it was such poor quality and started smoking before the trial year was up. I was unaware of all the problems with the company that produced the Mower until I did an internet search. I contacted DR and kept getting the run around and it has been over 3 months with no results DR was a distributor for the Mower now they are claiming that they don't know anything about a year trial guarantee. I am frustrated beyond measure with this company and the manager of the dept who is supposed to handle the returns. I hope other consumers are forewarned of such a poor business and customer service.
