My Mom ordered a dress for my wedding, My wedding is on May.7,2011 she bought the dress on March 4, 2011. She even paid extra for rush shipping so you think it would be there on time. April 25 and she still didn't have it.
After numerous phonecalls and promises to get it to her the next week she finds out they haven t even made it yet. When asked for her money back they said they have to keep the majority of it for restocking fees! Why restocking fees when it isn t even made yet?
Empty promises and meaningless words. This company is a phony. Dont expect to recieve your order and according to other peoples reports if you do get "lucky" and happen to recieve your order it will be poorly made. Maybe we shouldn t have ordered from Hong Kong.
