Dun and Bradstreet Blackmails and extorts using inaccurate info and refuses to correct it unless you pay them. Greensboro, North Carolina

D&B, a once great group has become a giganic rip off company. They contacted us and pointed out that they show our company as "stressed" and a low credit rating. They give out totally incomplete and outdated information and then offer to correct it only if paid off. This reeks of extortion rather than a useful or even understandable "service". 

We have been in business for 30 years and never not paid a bill we owed. We own all our vehicles and buildings all tools and equipment and inventory and owe no one anything past normal terms. No mortgages, no loans, no liabilities. We did more work last year than any in our existence and have great profits, receivables and plenty of cash on hand and yet they list us as "stressed" ???? They refuse to allow us to give them our current accounts unless we pay them.
