E-PRO AUCTION Being billed $49.95 my credit card for services not received! Internet

I signed up for a "free trial kit" online and was told if I didn't cancel within two weeks I would be billed $49.95 monthly.

When I tried to cancel I waited on hold for 20 minutes while a recording said "we are experiencing high call volumes" and then became a busy signal. I called back 3 times only to receive a busy signal.I am now being billed $49.95 on my credit card for services not received.

I will dispute this charge with my credit card company as this merchant was "not authorized" to bill my account. As per the "Fair Credit Billing Act" and "Federal Regulation Z" this charge is not valid. (I know this to be true because I used to work for a credit card bank.)
