E Pro Auction RIP-OFF DISHONEST FRAUDULENT BILLING WILL NOT REFUND Orem Utah

I purchased software for 3 or 4 dollars to help me get started selling on ebay. When I I got the disc, there was a message saying I had to unsubscribe to a trial offer accessing their site within 10 days or I would be billed $49.95. I tried to access the site to cancel.

The site would not let me access to cancel. I emailed e pro auction several times indicating I did not want further service to cancel whatever subscription that I did not even sign up for to begin with. They billed me $49.95 and will not refund my money for a service I never subscribed to to start with.

I'm disabled and do not recieve much money and $50 is a lot to lose. When I bought the disc to help me start selling on ebay (for extra income), it was full understanding that I was paying only 3 or 4 dollars for a disc. The hidden fraudulent charges came later and e pro auction will not refund my money.
