EA Games Sold items in a game called Permanent, then changed my items without even asking me Internet

Hi, i got some weapons from EA Games at the game Battlefield play4free, and i got it in a "Last forever" state.
after december 20 update, they just changed the weapons i got forever for another weapons with very lower attributes without asking permission, and this dont happened just to me, but to all players who got weapons on that game..Thanks for reading my report, i came here due influence of other bfp4f players who were running for their rights.
