EA Games ERTS POOR SERVER SUPPORT. VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY GAMES ONLINE. SUCH AS BFBC2 REDWOOD CITY, California

99.00Ea game and origin are the worst things to games .my experience was and has been a nightmare,for the past three day i have been in contact with ea tech support i have been hung up on. i have been havk while tech support had me connected to them, a man got in on our communication and installed software to stop hacker and told me i would have to pay 99.00.

the tesh support was never able to get my sims 4 to run  and it is still not running i got the error message "GAME UNABLE TOSTART SIMS4 IS ALREADY RUNNING " AFTER UNINSTALLING ORIGIN AND REINSTALLING IT AND 3 TIMES UNINSTALLING THE GAME.  the expansions i still get the same error ,this morning the guy who installed the hacker protection software got on the line while i was talking to tech support and demanded when i would send the check.

i told him i would have my son send them the check he said he was removing the software and that i didn't have to pay the 99.00. when i inquiered further he said the problem was solved then he said we could not fix the problem, then he yelled at me when i inquiered futher. my game is still not working and i tried to call ea games in california and was redirected back to ea games website i agree we need a class action lawsuit against EA And Origin.
