Earthlink Malware distributor Atlanta Georgia

A once-fine company offers service that has greatly deteriorated from when I started with his email provider over ten years ago. They now basically run their business with automated servers and little human attention. My eartthlink email has been hacked several times and used by scammers. Repeatedly changing my password does no good.  Their security is zilch. I frequently receive malware through Earthlink's Atlanta Servers coming in from Asia, Aftrica & Europe. There is so little screening protection and security that I sometimes think they could be a server for the phishing business. Reporting abuse just goes to a mindless server that mindlessly spits back a case number in pretense that they are doing something about it. They're not. They just don't seem to care. Like a business that is run from an answering machine, don't expect real service. If looking for an email provider, I advise avoiding this company.
