Watch out for those sneaky little charges that may continue even when you terminate your service. Make sure when taking on the internet service if the company sales. other items, when you cancel the service. they will continue to bill you if you to make a specific request to cancel them also. Make sure when terminating your service that you review all of the charges. and get a confirmation number
I terminated my internet phone service, thought there were no other charges, to find out 8 months later i was being billed for a pc maintenance charge which I did not use for I don't have a pc. They would not refund my money and after 4 hours trying to resolve it. they still wanted to charge $4.95 until I informed them someone offer me $9.00..
