I just found out that Earthlink charges $9.95 a month to send a paper bill.

When I called to complain - they said it was mandatory.  They said "We sent you a notice back in 2008".

I am going to switch to another carrier. You should too.  Let them know what you think about their billing practices when you cancel their service.
