I gave me personal information to a sales rep over the phone to run my credit and they took forever getting back to me. They had the nerve to call me back 4 days later. Than they gonna saud that I have to come in to look at the cars before they run credit. What makes them so special cause Nissan, Dodge, Pohanka can run your credit over the phone without u coming into the store. Then I finally gave them my info over the phone and they gonna call me an say i need 4,500.00-5,000.00 down. Nissan told me I needed like 2,500.00 for a 2004 maxima so what the hell is easterns talkin bout. Where ur job is ur credit uh? yeah right. They a rip off. They jack up their prices and give u a high a** interest rate.
