eLove was contracted to search out a specific criteria of possible eligible bachelors to meet. They were given specific instructions and a written outline of compatibilities for me. They have not followed the agreed age, travel distance, physical requirements or single status.

I had physically handicapped men referred, men who lived outside the acceptable travel distance, men older than I, and one who was mentally challenged. I continually requested for her to follow the outline I provided. The last attempt they made was to set me up with a man who was labeled as separated, which means they are falsely advertising their services.

I feel this is fraudulent practices, and misrepresentation of the services I paid for. Time after time I spoke to a woman by the name of Dina who was my specific member service personnel. I told Dina each time what I wrote out on my paper work as far as what type of person I would consider, yet she continually neglected to refer someone in that out line.

I have attempted to give eLove opportunity to prove themselves as reputable, yet they persist in not complying with what I paid for.
