Teechip amazingstorelovely Refused to reprint a tee shirt I ordered when the word REGRET was spelled REORET Indianapolis Indiana

I order a tee shirt from an ad on Facebook from amazingstorelovely.  When it arrived I inspected it and found the word REGRET spelled REORET.  I contacted their customer support and registered a complaint immediately.  Requesting that they reprint the tee shirt correcting the spelling of the word REGRET.  I got an email back within a day stating that my complaint had been registered and they were looking into it.

  I then got another email asking me for some other information and a picture of the tee shirt.  Which I complied with the order number and a picture.  A few days afterward I received an email telling me I was getting a 20 % refund.  I wrote back saying that was NOT acceptable.  I then again requested a new tee shirt be printed with the word regret spelled correctly. 

A few days later I got another email stating that a $ 9.88 refund was credited to my paypal account.  The shirt in question cost me $ 39.00 +.  Needless to say I was a bit upset.  I replied to their email stating once again that I did NOT want a refund of 20%, but a new tee shirt printed correctly.

Today (May 25, 2021) I reported both Teechip and amazingstorelovely to facebook as fraudulent businesses.

I also filed a claim with Paypal and reported them as well.
