I ordered a T-Shirt in a size XL, when I got it it was very small looking and when I tried it on it fit like a size Medium and then looked at the tag and it said XL and 100% cotton, so after it gets washed it will fit like a small. I contacted the company by phone and they said I need to file a claim, so I did. I got a reply and simply said they do not do returns or exchanges. Now this T-Shirt cost almost 30.00 and I cant exchange it for a size that might fit me! I was so upset to say the least. I had sent may emails to them voicing my concerns but they would not do anything, so Im stuck paying 30.00 for this T-Shirt that wont fit. It is a scam!
