TEECHIP Never received Package, Bad Customer Service Internet
I placed an order with TEECHIP on August 28, 2015, My payment was processed through paypal, the funds were debited from my checking account seconds after the order was placed. The shirt was 24.99 and shipping was 3.99 for a total of $28.98. I ordered the Nintendo the I Miss the Simpler Days TeeShirt in the color black, size 3XL. This item was a gift for a friend. I noticed the seller did not offer insurance which I was kinda upset about but I had faith that there would not be a issue with my order. About a week had passed and I had not received any information about my order. I tried to contact the seller concering the order I called during normal business hours the phone rang and rang but no one answered. I continued to call several times on different days and I still was not able to reach anyone. On September 8th, 2015 I received an email that stated there was delay with my order. On September 22, 2015 I received an email that my order had finally shipped and I was given a tracking number to track my order. The Item was shipped by DHL and DHL turned it over to the post office. I was informed that the order was delivered on September 25, 2015, I contacted the person who the order was shipped to I advised him that USPS said the order was delivered. He said he did not recieve it. The following business day September 28, 2015 at around 3:35 pm CST I contacted the teechip to inform to inform them off the issue and that the order showed delivered but it was not received. I was informed that TeeChip would file a claim aganist the post office, and that I will also have a claim with Teechip. The represenative with Teechip, stated that I would be contacted by the claims department concerning my claim. I had a feeling that I would get the run around so I filed a dispute with Paypal on September 29, 2015, the package as never received and I just wnated my money back. On October 29, 2015, I received a email from paypay the email is listed below
Your seller has provided shipment tracking information in response to your claim. We used the shipping company's online tracking service and found that it confirms delivery of the merchandise. As a result, this case has been closed.
I understand that tracking information was provided but that does not mean the item was received. I have read other comments where my same situation was happen to other people. I have tried to contact Teechip but No one answers the phone. I have not received any email from the Teechip clams department. This company is so bogus. I just want the issue addressed Im sick of the run around I want my money back. I am telling everyone I know not to order from this company. I am mad I did not do my research 1st before I placed the order. Teechip has soooooooooooo many bad review. Don't order from this company this has been a nightmare.
