Embarq Formally Know As Sprint EMBARQ severly rips off the small town customers Overland Park Kansas

I am outraged on my account bill every month that is way more over the price that was quoted to me and every month it seems to raise and nothing has changed. Embarq is the worst phone company I have ever had dealt with. Embarq is not about the customers, it is about the money and how much embarq can get out of a small community.

There is no way to get ahold of any managers to help the customers, and if there is ... I am sure they will argue with you also making you feel like you have no choice - you are just being screwed by a company who is about money and not customers. We are charged 60-70+ dollars a month for phone service when in the near-by towns they are charged 30-49 dollars a month for the exact same service.

I have gotten out and talked to many folks in Willamina and Sheridan Oregon and they all tell me that Embarq is the worst phone company and they dont use them or they do but only becuase there is not other choice. Some use a cell phone or go with what is known as Packet 8.

We strongly recommend to avoid this company. They are not honest,they do not resolve a situation when a customer brings it up to them,and only look for ways to rip you off !
