Century Link CenturyLink/Embarq fraud false advertisement customer service offers specials rates monthly charges , Internet

I have just started a business account with CenturyLiknk/Embarq On October 2010,We have sign up for a promotion they advertised online of Unlimited phone and internet for $74.95 mo for the forst year/ also with a commitment of one year.

It did sound very good and since we had their service before we tought it was going to be good to have it on our business.

But from $74.95 they added (Montlhy Charge for the router-wish it was not explained when we wnt over the service to have when we started the account) they added a bunch of other fees like, corporate service fee, subscriber fee, Central Office something fee ext...) At the end of the bill it all added up to $229.29

GREATE! I have called a milion times and every single time a call there is a new fee or the last one was that the guy who answered the phone had NO IDEA about the promotion of $74.95... and of course could not help either. they have been saying that the bill is correct and that if i dont pay they will keep adding the late fee of about $20or $30 additional. This is the worst experience ever. it since October till today December 27th still the sameIt dont matter how many time i call they always have something different to say or add or they just simplysay they have no idea...What kind of company will say that....!

This is definetly a RIP OFF...!

Will see what else i can find because i definetly prefer to pay $300 andstart frech withanother comapany that really know what their doing and have peace of mind that my business will have the service itis paying for...!
