Century Link billed me with $500.00 for internet service. They advertise as $30.00 per month for high-speed internet, but continue to add hidden fees. They make it difficult to ask customer service questions. I set up a payment arrangment but they never did this.

You actually expect people to believe you signed up for $30 service and the first bill is $500? There's no such thing as $470 in "hidden fees". Why not write back and tell us what you've been billed for? Let me guess...you got caught for a past due balance at a previous address.
