Worse customer service we have ever had. Been without internet since February 13th ice storm and been stood up twice by service reps. To this day still do not have service. Fought almost everyday with phone reps to get service and a credit for not having servic. Also still no credit. When we reach a local or foreign operators you're passed off to someone else or hung up on. We just want the service restored or refund our money.

Century Link Direct TV century link direct tv Took Money out of checking account without authorization. Failed to show for appt.'s Charged for stations we were not receiving.
