It's a scam!

I called Embrace Home Loans after receiving mail about home loan.  Then they set up appraisal and  take the money, $395.00, for the appraisal of the home and then send an irreputable appraiser to appraise the home. And then just like any other scam story they never contact us back about the loan and keep the $395.00. 

So, if you read this please think for a moment and not to contact them! Things on the mail just too good to be true. If I found out others report here before I contact them, I will definitely throw their mails to the junk and never call them!
