Embrace Home Loans Claims of products available fail to meet the test Internet

     Loan officer stated a particular product I needed was available.  Provided individual with documents and loan application he requestsed.  Individual then claims documents were not sufficient to approve loan.  Requested specifics but were not provided.  Offered suggestions for trying to make the approval work-no response from individual.  Requested a formal letter of denial for the loan.  Never received.

     Another experienced and well respected local lender in the area was able to approve me with the same documents but did not have the product needed.

     Either the individual never had the program and could not be honest enough to admit it or found out later the program was discontinued and could not be honest either.  "Cherry picking" the easiest and most profitable loans could be a strong possibility as well.  Why not be honest up front.  Not a company I will ever consider doing business with and the word will get out to friends and associates regarding this unethical and poor service.
