Embrace Home Loans Troy Curtis Watson Embrace Home Loans Lied from the Start Newport RI

I contacted Embrace Home Loans for a new home purchase and was told after they ran my credit that I would be able to get a loan despite having discrepancies on my credit report from 2009. I was given a pre-qualification letter and then a pre-appoval letter by Mr. Watson so I could make an offer on a house. He ran my credit again 2 weeks ago and told me everything was fine, infact I was never told that there was a problem.  My appraisal was well over the purchase price, but Troy told me he had not received it. I called the appraisal company myself and was told the appaisal was fine and had been sent to Embrace Home Loans. When I contacted Embrace again,  I was then told by Mr Watson that he received the appraisal, but I could not get the loan because the disputes that were always on my credit report had miraculously appeared and needed to be paid off.   When I told him that the disputes were always there, he accused me of arguing with him. Embrace has to be making money on this somewhere or else they have the most incompetent staff around.
