the guys name is mark piburn. He is the worst loan officer you could ever hire. He doesn't give a f*** about you or who you are. He will lure you in with a preapproval letter of a usda 100% financing loan to buy a home. Then once you find your home he will tell you your not qualified anymore and the only way to get qualified is to have a s*** load of money down. Ok we were able to come up with a s*** load of money saved up in the savings so it can pay for closing. Then he wanted us to get him all the documents needed to get approved. Ok we get that. Once he received everything oh he tells you he "accidently" hit the box where it said we payed off our kays Jewelers account off even though he never discussed to us about that account and told us not to worry about it. He tells us last minute that since he submitted that we haven't payed off the kays account now we are not qualified. He said the only way to get qualified is to pay off kays. So ok we get the money to pay off kays which was like 4500 bucks. Were super close to the closing with so much confidence that will are approved and about to own our home. He tells us to wait a week for the under writing for the final approval , he tells us we are no longer qualified because my wife is making 60 cents less than what she made before. And the only way to get qualified is a fha loan with a co signer and more money down. This mother f****** demon b**** a** trash ruined and f***** with our life. Our investments of appraisals, inspections, down payments, everything telling is we are not approved any more and all that money cant be refunded. He f***** our lives hard. We will find a lawyer to sue this mother f***** because he isn't getting away with it easily. He's gonna play with a young families life and expect to get away with it.
