They informed I had the wrong company. Encante is a SCAM! Internet

Encante is a SCAM!  Facebook was advertising this amazing eye cream for only $5.00 dollars, which I paid it with a gift card.  Four months later I received a collection notice from Collect Pros stating I owe $197.72 for the products Encante Eye and Encante Skin. However,  I never received any notice stating I needed to pay more money or that they wanted me to send the unused portion back to them.

The collection notice was interesting, as they did not refernce the issue and listed a contact number that only went to a pre recorded message and giving me the ONLY option to make a payment.  A reputable company would not do this to their customers, especially if they wanted repeat business.

Please advise how I should move forward with this issue.
