Envision ripoff Phoenix Arizona

I bought a Envision Monitor at Comp Usa back in January .

I sent them all the paper work they asked .

I went to the web site and saw that the mailed the check I thought great . Well after 2 weeks I called them and asked why I didn't receive my check . They told me that since I moved they have a policy they don't forward the check . They acted like I should have known this . I said how would I know this I have never delt with your company before .

So they re-issued the check in April they said allow 6-8 week for processing . Now I have allready waited my 6-8 weeks the first time around . Now I have to wait another 6 -8 weeks . I have e-mailed them and every time they say they are processing .

Now I have done rebates with other companies and they forward their rebates and when they say allow 6 -8 weeks they mean you will receive it in that time frame . Not Evision it takes them forever to get their processing done. Well I called and said that 8 weeks is up she said we are backed up so it may take longer . I have waited and waited for them and I get no answers . Of course I will pester and pester them about it ,I just don't get why they cannot give me a straight answer.
