Epiclear ripoff Internet

My son ordered a free sample for $4.95. He gave no further authority for access to his account. They have now helped themselves to $200.00 in fees from his account and will not return money. We have talked to a very nasty customer service rep named Gary who not only insulted me, but insulted me to my son. He says my son ordered this product 4 times on the same evening. Not that there was a problem with their website, but that my son, who is in the Air Force, and very intelligent, somehow was stupid enough to order their product 4 different times on the same evening. I am filing a report with the BBB but we want his money back. All they will tell us is it is under review.
